License Agreement

This legal document is an agreement between you ("Licensee") and Restoreityourself.com.

In consideration of your payment of the License fee and your agreement to abide by the terms of this agreement, Restoreityourself.com agrees to grant, AND you agree to accept on the following terms and conditions, a personal non-transferable and non-exclusive License to use the Licensed books in digital format ("E-booklet[s]"). You assume the responsibility for the selection of the E-booklet(s) to achieve your intended results, and for the use and results obtained.

LICENSE AUTHORIZATION

This License authorizes you to use the E-booklet(s) on only ONE computer at a time and posses 1 (one) printout.

OWNERSHIP OF E-booklet(s)

Title to the E-booklet(s) will at all times remain with Restoreityourself.com. You may not modify, adopt, translate, make derivative works, reverse engineer, rent, lease, sell, distribute, decompile or disassemble the E-booklet(s).

COPYRIGHT NOTICE  

All E-booklets on this site are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying and/or distribution of any part of E-booklet(s) in electronic or printed format is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement which is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement.

USE RESTRICTIONS  

As the Licensee, you may use your E-booklet(s) on only one computer at a time. You may not electronically transfer the E-booklet(s) from one computer to another over a network (including the internet). You may print any given E-booklet for your own personal use only. You may not create or distribute electronic or printed copies of the E-booklet(s). You may not adopt, translate, or create derivative works based on the E-booklet(s).

USER IDENTIFICATION RESTRICTIONS  

As the Licensee, your unique login ID and password (which you create) become your user identification, allowing you to access your Restoreityourself.com account. You may not share your user identification with any third party for any reason. Be aware that anyone in possession of your user identification will be able to purchase E-booklets using your account information.

TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS  

The E-booklets you purchase at Restoreityourself.com are Licensed only to you and may not be transferred to anyone.

TERMS OF LICENSE  

This License will terminate immediately if you choose to return the E-booklet(s) in exchange for credit in your Restoreityourself.com account (see “Returns” section above). Also, this License will terminate immediately without notice from Restoreityourself.com if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Otherwise, this License is effective indefinitely.

DISCLAIMER  

Neither Restoreityourself.com, nor its Licensors, nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the E-booklet(s) shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of health, or any loss whatsoever) arising out of the use or inability to use such E-booklet(s), even if Restoreityourself.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
